Course Objectives :

  • The clinician will differentiate lateral epicondylalgia from cervical radiculopathy and peripheral nerve entrapments by analyzing clusters of provocative test results and neurodynamic findings.

  • The clinician will justify the selection of specific proximal stabilization techniques by appraising the kinetic chain relationship between scapular mechanics and distal elbow loading.

  • The clinician will critique a standard exercise protocol and modify the loading parameters (isometric vs. isotonic) based on an assessment of the patient’s tissue irritability and stage of tendinopathy.

  • The clinician will formulate a comprehensive, evidence-based management plan that integrates clearing exams, proximal strengthening, and progressive loading tailored to the patient’s specific occupational or athletic demands.
