I hear it all the time at work. “We should make an app!” Everyone has a good idea every now and then and these days it seems that creating an app is the perfect way to get your idea out there. Of course it is rare that anyone actually executes this idea. For this podcast, I interview two people who actually had an idea, executed it, and created an app to do so. If you ever were curious as to the process of doing this, take a listen. Marshall LeMoine and Anne LeMoine are co- founders of the Physio U app. It is currently the #1 Rehabilitation Guide Used by Experts world wide! Both Anne and Marshall are Physical Therapists, Educators at Azusa Pacific DPT program and part of the Orthopedic Residency and Fellowship Faculty with Kaiser Permanente. I interviewed them during a Jetset course we held in Stanford University. It was great to see how they solved the problem of connecting to the younger generation, organizing the latest research in real time, and created an app without a background in computer programing.
The Physio U App is an international app, based on the latest and best research and is quickly improving the curriculum of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and other Rehab programs. Take a look what they are up to HERE. and check them out at PhysioU.com
