Cancellation & Refund Policy

JetSet Rehab Education, LLC · Last updated August 2026

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for all continuing education courses offered by JetSet Rehab Education, LLC (“JetSet,” “we,” “us”). By registering for a course, participants agree to the terms below. Because our courses involve reserved hotel accommodations and travel, refund terms are tied to firm deadlines. We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance prior to booking any travel.

Participant cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on when written notice of cancellation is received by JetSet at jetsetrehabed@gmail.com, measured against the first day of the course:

  • Domestic courses: Cancellations received 45 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a refund of course fees, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 per participant. Cancellations received fewer than 45 days before the course are non-refundable.
  • International courses: Cancellations received 60 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a refund of course fees, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 per participant. Cancellations received fewer than 60 days before the course are non-refundable.
  • These deadlines exist because hotel and venue commitments are finalized on the participant’s behalf in advance, and earlier for international destinations.
  • All receipts and invoices are itemized, with hotel accommodations and course tuition listed separately.

Cancellation or changes by JetSet

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course if minimum enrollment is not met, if an instructor becomes unable to attend, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • If JetSet cancels a course, participants will be refunded the course-related costs paid to JetSet, including instruction, handout, and venue fees.
  • If an instructor cancels or curriculum changes become necessary, we will notify all registered participants promptly.
  • JetSet is not responsible for airfare, personal travel costs, or any non-refundable expenses participants incur independently. This is why we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Travel disruptions & force majeure

Courses proceed as scheduled on the dates published. Should rescheduling become necessary due to events beyond our control — including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or changes in travel or entry requirements — JetSet will notify participants regarding rescheduling options. Because such events can affect independently booked travel, travel insurance is strongly encouraged for any course.
