Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
- If we cancel, you get your money back. See "If JetSet cancels a course" below.
- Domestic courses: cancel 45+ days before the start date for a refund, minus a $150 admin fee.
- International courses: cancel 60+ days before the start date for a refund, minus a $150 admin fee.
- After the deadline? Send a colleague in your place for free, or take a course credit.
The deadlines exist because we commit to hotel and venue contracts on your behalf, and earlier for international destinations. That's how we secure group rates you can't get booking on your own.

Sending a colleague: another clinician (PT, PTA, OT, DC or ATC) can take your registration at no charge. Email us their name and license number. It's a good option when your employer is paying for CE.
Course credit: after the refund deadline, you can convert your registration into a credit worth the tuition you paid, minus the $150 admin fee and any hotel costs JetSet can't recover. Your receipt lists tuition and hotel separately, and we'll confirm your exact credit amount in writing. Credits can be used for any JetSet live or online course within 12 months.
All requests must be sent in writing to jetsetrehabed@gmail.com. Deadlines are measured against the first day of the course.
If JetSet cancels a course
We may cancel or reschedule if minimum enrollment isn't met, if an instructor can't attend, or for reasons beyond our control. If that happens:
- You receive a full refund of tuition, materials and venue fees, plus hotel costs paid to JetSet wherever they can be recovered.
- Every course is confirmed or cancelled 45 days before the start date for domestic courses and 60 days before for international, so you'll know where things stand before your own refund deadline.
JetSet isn't responsible for airfare or travel you book on your own. Until your course is confirmed, we recommend refundable fares or travel insurance.
Payment plans
If you're on a payment plan, these terms apply to the amount you've paid so far, and cancelling stops any future payments.
Travel disruptions
Courses run on the published dates. If severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies or changes in entry requirements force a change, we'll contact every participant with rescheduling options.
Common questions
Can my employer's CE funds move to another course or clinician?
Yes. A colleague from your clinic can take your seat for free, and course credits can be used toward any JetSet live or online course within 12 months.
What happens if a course doesn't fill?
We confirm or cancel every course 45 days out for domestic courses and 60 days out for international courses. If we cancel, you receive a full refund of tuition, materials and venue fees, plus recoverable hotel costs.
When should I book my flights?
Once your course is confirmed. Until then, we recommend refundable fares or travel insurance.
